In order for us to give you a refund for the Premium Membership purchased on our website, we need to see your account details. Please create Support Ticket and we will assist you based on the following criteria:
- Yearly Premium Membership: Refunds are only possible within 30 days of payment. If more than 30 days have passed since your payment, we can't get you a refund. - 6-Month Premium Membership: Refunds are only possible within 7 days after payment. If more than 7 days have passed since your payment, we can't get you a refund. - 3-Month Premium Membership: There are no refunds. - Monthly Premium Membership: There are no refunds.
