- Weekends: 10:00 — 16:00
- Public holidays: Limited coverage — non-urgent requests are answered on the next business day.
Response times

- Payment / refund requests: Resolved within 1-3 business days.
- Technical bug reports: Reviewed within 1-7 days depending on urgency.
