If notifications aren't arriving, the cause is usually system permissions or app settings. Follow the checklist below.
Checklist
- Make sure "Do Not Disturb" mode is off on your device.
- Check that notification permissions for kitUP are on in your system settings.
- Inside kitUP, go to Settings > Notifications and check that notification types are on.
- If battery saver mode is on, notifications can be delayed; turn it off or add kitUP to the exception list.
- Check that your internet connection is active.
- Make sure the app is updated to the latest version.
If notifications still don't arrive after all steps, open a support request with your device model, OS version and kitUP version.
