Since free membership has no fees, there is nothing to "cancel" in the traditional sense. You can stop using kitUP at any time.
To stop using free membership
If you don't want to use kitUP anymore, simply uninstall the app from your phone:
- iOS: Hold the kitUP icon and tap "Delete App".
- Android: Hold the kitUP icon and select "Uninstall".
To completely delete your account

Note
Free membership doesn't charge anything. If you have a charge from kitUP, you have a Premium subscription — see How to cancel Premium.
