To cancel a subscription initiated through the mobile application:
If you started your subscription with in-app purchase via Google Play or Apple iTunes within the app, you should follow the steps below to cancel.
Apple (iOS)
On your device,
- Open the Settings app.
- Tap on your name.
- Tap on Subscriptions.
- Tap on the kitUP subscription.
- Tap on Cancel Subscription.
You may need to scroll down to find the Cancel Subscription button. If there is no Cancel button or if you see a red expiration message, the subscription has already been canceled.

Android (Google Play)
On your device,
- Go to your subscriptions on Google Play.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel.
- Tap on Cancel Subscription.

Deleting the app does not automatically end your subscription; you must cancel the subscription. After canceling, regardless of when it was canceled, you can continue to enjoy the benefits until the current subscription period expires.
