Subscription and membership transactions made on iOS devices (purchase, manage or cancel) can only be done through the App Store.
To purchase a membership / subscription
- Open the kitUP app on your iPhone or iPad.
- Navigate to the Membership or Subscription section in the app.
- Select the subscription plan that fits you.
- Tap "Buy" and confirm the payment with your Apple ID (Face ID, Touch ID or password).
- Your membership becomes active immediately after confirmation.
To manage or cancel your membership
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad.
- Tap your name at the top.
- Tap "Subscriptions".
- Tap your kitUP subscription.
- Use "Cancel Subscription", "Change Subscription", or "Manage Plan" options.
Important notes
- The subscription remains valid until the end of the current period after cancellation.
- You can come back and renew anytime.
- Refund requests must be made to Apple.
