Subscription and membership transactions made on Android devices (purchase, manage or cancel) can only be done through Google Play.
To purchase a membership / subscription
- Open the kitUP app on your Android device.
- Navigate to the Membership or Subscription section in the app.
- Select the subscription plan that fits you.
- Tap "Buy" and confirm the payment with your Google account.
- Your membership becomes active immediately after confirmation.
To manage or cancel your membership
- Open the Google Play Store on your Android device.
- Tap the profile icon on the top right.
- Tap "Payments and subscriptions" > "Subscriptions".
- Tap kitUP.
- Use "Cancel subscription", "Change plan", or "Update payment method" options.
Important notes
- The subscription remains valid until the end of the current period after cancellation.
- You can come back and renew anytime.
- Refund requests must be made to Google.
