If content doesn't open or stays black during loading, try the steps below. The first few usually fix it.
Quick fixes
- Check your internet connection (try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi or vice versa).
- Close and reopen the app.
- Restart your device.
- Check App Store / Google Play for a kitUP update.
- If the issue persists, uninstall and reinstall the app (your Premium account won't be affected).
