If the content you read on one device shows different progress on another, sync may be delayed. Try the steps below.
Steps
- Make sure you're signed in with the same kitUP account on both devices.
- Check both devices have internet connection.
- Close and reopen the app on each device.
- Tap Settings > Account > "Refresh sync" (if available).
- If the issue persists, wait 5-10 minutes and try again (server propagation can be delayed).
Important note
Offline changes only sync when you reconnect to the internet. They won't appear on another device until you reconnect.
