When you switch to a new phone, your Premium membership doesn't need to be cancelled. With one simple step, you can continue using the membership on the new device.
On your new phone
- Install the kitUP app from App Store or Google Play.
- Sign in with the email address from your old phone.
- Find the "Restore Purchase" button in Settings or Profile.
- Authenticate with Apple ID or Google account.
- Your Premium membership becomes active within seconds.
Important
- If you switched OS (iOS → Android or vice versa), you might need to start a new subscription because App Store and Google Play subscriptions don't carry between platforms.
- Your account information (favorites, progress, settings) syncs automatically.
- Your old phone can also keep using kitUP; both devices can be active.
