There are two ways to change the email address linked to your account: self-service from within the app (if available) or a support request.
Changing in-app
- Open the kitUP app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile or Settings tab.
- Enter the "Account" or "Email" section.
- Type your new email and tap "Save".
- You will receive a verification email at the new address; click the link to confirm.
If you no longer have access to your old email
If you can't sign in to your old account email (e.g. the mail account was closed), open a support request and we can update it after identity verification. When you open the request, please include:
- Old email address
- New email address
- Date of your last purchase (if any)
- Proof of payment method (if possible)
Important
After the email change, you need to sign out of all devices and sign in again with the new address.
