At kitUP, the subscription refund policy varies by the platform of purchase. General rules below.
General rules
- App Store / Google Play purchases: The refund decision belongs entirely to Apple or Google. kitUP cannot change this.
- Web purchases: You can request a refund within the first 14 days. Exceptional cases after this period are evaluated.
- Free trial: If you cancel within the trial, no charge applies; the concept of refund does not apply.
Cases where refund is not applicable
- Web subscriptions used for more than 14 days.
- Gift codes and promotional gains.
- Accounts that have received multiple refunds.
Your legal consumer rights under KVKK/GDPR are reserved.
