For purchases made via the kitUP website, refund requests are evaluated directly by the kitUP support team.
To request a refund
- Click Submit a request.
- Write "Web Refund Request" in the subject line.
- Include the following in the description: purchase date, payment method, your account email, refund reason.
- After submission, we'll get back to you within 1-3 business days.
When refund is approved
- The amount is reflected to your credit/debit card within 5-10 business days.
- Your subscription is cancelled with the refund and content access ends.
