If there's no sound during content playback or it freezes / stutters, check the causes below.
No sound
- Check your device volume (silent mode off?).
- If using Bluetooth headphones, check the connection.
- Test sound in another app; is the issue only in kitUP?
- Close and reopen the app.
Content freezing / stuttering
- Test your internet speed.
- Try mobile data instead of Wi-Fi (or vice versa).
- Try continuing the same content; does the issue happen on specific content?
- Close other apps running in the background on your device.
