If kitUP closes or crashes shortly after opening, try the steps below in order.
Steps
- Restart your device.
- Update kitUP to the latest version from App Store or Google Play.
- Check your device storage; clean up if it's nearly full.
- Uninstall the app completely and reinstall it (your Premium account won't be affected).
- If the issue persists, open a bug report (details below).
Information needed for a bug report
- Device model and OS version
- kitUP version
- Which screen the crash happens on (home, content, settings, etc.)
- The last action you took before the crash
